PureBallast is part of Alfa Laval’s “Pure thinking”, a reflection of our concern for and commitment
to the marine environment. It represents a major contribution in protecting our fragile marine ecosystems.
Other “Pure thinking” products are EcoStream, our chemical-free separator for bilge water treatment,
and PureVent, a unique air separator for cleaning crankcase gas. Like PureBallast, these products
represent a sustainable balance of environmental and operational concerns.
